THE PROBLEM
Government budget constraints and ongoing workforce challenges make it increasingly necessary to implement advanced, intelligent automation capabilities. The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) decided to adopt intelligent automation to help streamline and scale claim intake processing due to unprecedented surges in claim volumes.
THE SOLUTION
Using our secure, data-driven, and informed approach, Huntridge Labs provided a broad range of Intelligent Automation consulting and engineering services in collaboration with our partners.
This included Data Science, Analytics, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, and COTS Integration to deliver a holistic solution for VBA.
THE OUTCOME
Today, claims and supporting documentation are 'understood' by a suite of AI/M-based task automation services. This reduces a significant administrative burden for Employees, enabling them to focus on their mission of delivering benefits to Veterans. In some cases, there have been same or next day approvals for a process that used to take several months.
